i’m stefanie- but they call me Stef

gen z Life coach, educator, yoga teacher, and founder of the session.

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, stuck in your head, and unsure of who you are. I’m someone who’s been there. i wasted years dealing with low self-worth and trying to find my confidence.

the session is here to guide you through the space between who you are and who you want to be.

i’m not here to judge. i’m here to help you thrive.

“i wish someone would have told me…”

Your worth shouldn’t be measured by other people’s standards. Do you.

If you wouldn’t say it to a friend, stop saying it to yourself.

How people treat you says everything about them and nothing about you.

You can’t control what other people do. You can control how you react to them.

If you are shrinking yourself to fit in, you’re with the wrong people.

When someone shows you who they are, believe them.

Perfection is a myth and will burn you out. Focus on being authentic. That’s the real flex.

The most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one with yourself. Act accordingly.

If something feels off, it probably is. Trust your gut.

Experience is your greatest teacher.

if you keep repeating the same pattern over and over again, you can’t call it a mistake.

You’re making a choice.

my struggle became my power.

I wish someone would have told me a lot of things, but they didn’t.

Figuring it out on my own is what created resilience and turned every experience and lesson into my strength. My experience became my purpose to help others win at life and I translated all of it into my work. Tell me I can’t do something and watch me prove you wrong.

I dedicated my life to working in schools but year after year, there was never enough time to dig deep with every student and the school setting took away my freedom to have the talks that were needed. The late-night DMs, the rushed hallway conversations, and the spirals I witnessed was the sign I needed to finally realize that what they needed couldn’t fit into a classroom.

Before I could show up fully, I had to chose myself.

I practiced yoga, journaled, meditated, studied the nervous system, and learned how trauma and thoughts shape the way we show up in the world. I stopped performing and started being myself. Yoga teacher training felt like a rebirth.

I got confident and quit my job as an administrator that I had spent years working my way up to but honestly hated and didn’t feel bad about it. I chose me.

I went back to the classroom where it all started but this time, I was teaching the things you can’t learn in a textbook. Most classes will give you textbook knowledge but i’m here to teach you how to do life.

Someone didn’t tell me, but I’m here to tell you.

the session is built for you.

the session is the inner work that can’t be taught in a classroom.

you don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode or feel like you’re not enough. i see you. i hear you. and i’ve got you.

growth isn’t always easy, but this is where it gets real. this is your space to unpack what’s heavy, get clear on who you’re becoming, and build a life that actually feels aligned, meaningful, and yours.

with each session, you’ll shift how you see yourself and the world around you. you’ll reclaim your power by understanding how your thoughts shape your reality, and how one mindset shift can change everything.

if you’re feeling lost, disconnected, or just over it, you’re not alone and you’re not stuck.

your glow up is just getting started and i’m here for it.
