power yoga – build strength, release stress, and boost your confidence through energizing, full-body movement.

restorative yoga (Yin-Inspired) – calm your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and reset your energy with long, supported holds.

slow flow (Hybrid) – improve flexibility, cultivate balance, alignment, body awareness, and mental clarity by moving mindfully with your breath.

yoga helped me clear all the noise from overthinking, connect with who i really am, and gave me back the confidence i had forgotten all about.

i let go of my limiting beliefs, started leaning in to trust rather than fear, and gave me the strength to make the biggest (and best) decisions of my life.

since becoming a RYT-200 yoga instructor, i’ve led private sessions, corporate wellness flows, and my favorite- yoga for high-schoolers. i’ve seen firsthand how yoga for gen z transforms low self-worth and burnout into new energy that isn’t afraid to take up space.
